A signature restaurant constructed on the seafront at Eastbourne immediately adjacent to the historic Wish Tower.

The slender steel framed structure was clad in timber and glass to give diners a commanding view over the English Channel and give protection from the coastal winds.

The new structure utilises the foundations from 1960’s restaurant to maximise economy of the construction and avoid disruption of the promenade retaining wall supports.
