This imposing building close to Elephant & Castle is undergoing a major refurbishment in phases. Major openings are being formed between different parts of the building and floors levelled to improve circulation.

Significant temporary works have been required and the works undertaken in an occupied building on a floor by floor basis. Attention to detail has been applied to new structural elements  so that they can be exposed in the finished office spaces.
