Edge Structures was involved from stage 2 of this project to help the client achieve their design vision and to overcome certain design challenges that we faced.

The building consists of 5 storeys of storage space with a serviced office at the top floor which created limitations on where we could introduce stability elements other than vertical bracing.

The front of the building also featured a large spanning undercroft area for deliveries, which also had to support 4 levels of storage above.

The building was also designed to support a green roof to meet the council’s urban greening and biodiversity requirements.
