Edge provided the structural engineering services for this new residential property in Hendon. The project involved the complete demolition of the existing house and construction of  a new load bearing masonry structure with minimal load bearing walls at ground floor.  The client was keen to keep the structure on the ground floor to a minimum to ensure the house felt airy within the living spaces.
