Biggleswade Residential Care Development

This new build scheme for a 75 room residential care home, located in Bedfordshire, is characterised by a traditional architecture.

Its structure consists of traditional blockwork and timber elements, combined with precast concrete solutions to achieve a traditional look with a contemporary and efficiency approach.

In addition to the structural design services, Edge Structures also provided the drainage design for this former brownfield site.
