Major refurbishment of existing offices of this 1895-built Bridge House on 181 Queen Victoria Street to provide Grade A office space working with Wilmott Dixon Interiors.

Major structural alterations included demolition of the north east corner of the building and rebuilt to provide new glazed elevations and infilling the existing light well to provide new stair and lift core.
